"What really brought my art to this wall was the rubble and trash that disguised the homes behind the wall. A lot of locals used the broken path as a short cut home. What was more absurd was the new mall on the opposite side of this wall. I always saw my works as a bridge between the worlds of local and global. So I knew this was the right place."
